In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated change communication plans that align with our organizational goals. Your primary objective will be to foster employee understanding and buy-in, driving necessary behaviors and decision-making aligned with our strategy.
About the RoleThis role is focused on realising our One Pharma Strategy, which spans the entire Roche Pharmaceutical Division, touching over 50,000 employees globally. You will partner with business and communication teams to deliver internal engagement and communications strategies and deliverables that bring to life our One Pharma Strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Cross-Program Coordination: Act as a central point for coordinating communications across multiple corporate initiatives to ensure message consistency and relevance.
- Storytelling & Content Creation: Develop compelling content, including written materials, presentations, videos, and digital assets, that make complex topics accessible and engaging.
- Leadership Communication Support: Create frameworks that enable leaders to effectively communicate the strategy and its impact on teams.
