Investigative Expert for Public International Law

This position involves conducting complex investigations into allegations of misbehavior, misconduct, fraud, corruption, harassment, abuse, or other violations of WIPO's Regulations, Rules, and administrative issuances.
Responsibilities- Define the investigation's parameters, timetable, and investigative tools.
- Obtain documentary and physical evidence, study and analyze documents and records, and conduct interviews with complainants, witnesses, and subjects.
- Draft investigation reports with recommendations for further inquiry or disposition of a case.
An advanced university degree in law, auditing, finance, accounting, or a related field is required. At least seven years of relevant professional experience in investigations, auditing, or a related field is also necessary.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in public international law, administrative law, or criminal law, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
