Sales Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Leister Technologies AG. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the sensing, data/telecom, medical technology, and automotive industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
• Manage and maintain a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns
• Provide market analysis and insights to inform sales strategies and drive business growth
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to differentiate our products and services

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales professional with a strong track record of success in technical sales or business development. You will have a degree in electrical engineering, microtechnology, process engineering, physics, or a related field, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
