Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
The AXA Group seeks an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead the security strategy of its prominent digital asset trading platform built to serve institutional clients.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will design and implement an IT security framework to protect data integrity, confidentiality, and availability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement IT Security Strategy: Integrate SecDevOps principles into the system development process.
- Lead Cybersecurity Efforts: Continuously enhance cybersecurity, manage business continuity, and oversee disaster recovery with a focus on regulatory compliance.
- Establish Security Policies: Develop and enforce IT security policies, lead certification efforts, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Manage Access and Incidents: Manage internal access rights, lead incident response, and coordinate crisis management.
- Build and Lead IT Security Team: Promote a company-wide culture of security awareness and lead an effective IT security team.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with partners, clients, auditors, and regulators to address and uphold security standards.
- Leadership Experience: 8+ years in information security, ideally in regulated sectors.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity technologies; prior experience as a systems engineer is essential.
- Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required; master's degree preferred; CISSP, CISM, CISA certifications are advantageous.
- Language and Mindset: Proficiency in English required; German is a plus; a proactive, startup-oriented approach with a focus on practical security solutions.
