About the Role

The Risk and Compliance Coordinator will play a vital role in maintaining a robust risk management and compliance system at Aiglon College.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director of Compliance to develop, maintain, and improve the risk management system.
  • Work with risk owners across the School to create and regularly review the risk register, and support the implementation of mitigation measures.
  • Produce risk dashboards and analytical reports for various stakeholders.
  • Organize and perform internal audits and training.

Compliance

  • Assist the School's data protection officer with data protection processes, particularly the maintenance of the register of processing activities.
  • Support the Director of Compliance in developing and maintaining a register of regulations applicable to the School.
  • Contribute to the development and review of the School's Policies, regulations, and other internal guidelines.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the School's Security, Health & Safety Committee, and ensure coordination with risk management processes.
  • Undertake other tasks assigned by the Director of Compliance.
  • Comply with the School's policies and procedures, particularly those related to safeguarding children and young people.
  • Uphold the ethos of the School at all times, in accordance with the School's Guiding Principles.
