Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Datenlogistikexperten, der die Herausforderungen der globalen Versandlogistik meistern möchte. Mit seiner Erfahrung und seinen Kenntnissen wird er eine wichtige Rolle bei der Sicherstellung der Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit unserer Lieferketten spielen.

Aufgaben
  • Die Organisation und Durchführung globaler Versandaufträge pharmazeutischer Produkte im regulierten Umfeld.
  • Die Probenvorbereitung und Aliquotierung für das analytische Labor.
  • Die Verwaltung des Inventars für Referenzsubstanzen, sowohl elektronisch als auch physisch.
  • Die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Zeitplänen.
  • Die Unterstützung digitaler Initiativen als Fachexperte.
Berufliche Voraussetzungen
  1. Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Versanddisposition oder Logistik im GMP-Bereich.
  2. Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der globalen Versandlogistik.
  3. Gute Kenntnisse in Software und Computerwerkzeugen.
  4. Beherrschung von Qualitätsprinzipien wie GMP und ALCOA+
  5. Hohe organisatorische Fähigkeiten und selbständiges Arbeiten.
Praktische Anwendung

Als Datenlogistikexperte werden Sie regelmäßig auf Folgendes zurückgreifen:

  • Software und Computerwerkzeuge zur Organisation und Steuerung der Versandprozesse.
  • Qualitätsprinzipien und -standards, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Lieferanten und Subdistributor den erforderlichen Standard erreichen.
  • Teamarbeit mit dem gesamten beteiligten Team, darunter Produktionsmitarbeiter, Techniker und Lagerpersonal, um sicherzustellen, dass alle benötigten Materialien und Produkte effektiv eingeführt werden.
