Global Finance Program Overview

EF Education First is seeking highly motivated and analytical individuals to join our Global Finance Program. This rotational program provides a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to multiple finance areas, explore various roles across different business units, and develop a wide range of skills needed for a future leadership position.

Program Highlights
  • 18-24 months, 3-4 rotations in finance hubs and local offices
  • Exposure to different business units, including Language schools, Academic degrees, Cultural exchange programs, and Educational travel
  • Ongoing mentorship and support from senior finance management
  • International summits with fellow program participants to further professional development and build a close network of EF professionals
Key Responsibilities
  • Explore roles in Financial Analysis and Planning, Pricing and Cost Control, Business Analytics and Strategy, Accounting, Finance Transformation, and more
  • Participate in international summits and build a close network of EF professionals
  • Receive ongoing mentorship and support from senior finance management
Requirements
  • University degree in finance, accounting, or other relevant major
  • Applicable internship/professional experience preferred
  • Fluency in English (fluency in one additional language is preferred)
  • International work and/or study experience ideal
  • Eligible to work in Europe and/or the U.S. without visa sponsorship
