Unlocking Supply Chain Efficiency with SAP HANA

WinGD Ltd. is a leader in marine engine design, driving innovation and sustainability in the shipping industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Data Engineer SAP HANA (6-month contract) to join our team and unlock supply chain efficiency using SAP HANA.

This role will focus on supporting critical supply chain operations and data management, including technical tasks related to product variant structures, material and customer master data, and operational support. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP HANA and be able to handle complex data structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP HANA Expertise: Manage detailed Product Variant Structures in the SAP environment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Material Master Data Management: Process and handle supply chain and logistical material master requests, ensuring accurate creation and communication of spare part numbers, material numbers, and drawing numbers.
  • Customer Master Data: Support updates, maintenance, and accuracy of customer master data, collaborating with teams to manage customer-related data inquiries and updates.
  • Replacement Chains & Communication: Follow up on material replacement chains, ensuring clear communication with local teams and warehouses, tracking and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Sales Kits Creation: Design and implement sales kits in SAP, ensuring they meet supply chain requirements, coordinating with teams to ensure proper communication and deployment of sales kits.
  • Data Accuracy and Reporting: Perform data validations to maintain SAP master data integrity, generating reports on material and customer data for supply chain analysis and decision-making.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams to align data processes, providing training and support to local teams on SAP master data and related workflows.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Data Engineer or similar role with SAP HANA expertise.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SAP modules related to material, customer, and logistics master data.
  • Ability to upload and manage complex data structures (e.g., Product Variant Structures) in SAP.
  • Familiarity with replacement chain processes and communication workflows.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in creating and managing sales kits in SAP is a strong advantage.
