The position is based in Geneva, Switzerland, where you will be part of an agile cross-expertise team dedicated to the Fragrance category, with the objective to integrate the consumer at the center of each initiative (Scrum approach).
Key Responsibilities- Manage independently the development of your projects, leading cross-functional teams and managing day-to-day product development rigorously, respecting deadlines and profitability targets to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Develop 360° campaigns in collaboration with communications experts and our internal creative studio, co-leading briefings, concepts, and execution, ensuring coherence of the 360° launch plan, developing Toolboxes, and supporting markets in their activation.
- Analyze performance data on the Maison L'Occitane and the market, conducting customer and prospect research to identify business and brand opportunities for the Fragrance category.
- Presents strategic recommendations for the Fragrance category to stakeholders, aligning with the Brand platform.
