We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Expert to join our team in Zurich. As a Senior Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing DORA, a global procurement project.

• Create a project plan for the implementation of DORA with identified suppliers.
• Coordinate the verification of DORA-relevant suppliers for the EU region in cooperation with our EU locations.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding the DORA program.
• Negotiate the standard DORA contract or a supplier version in cooperation with our legal department.
• Develop a process for annual reporting of DORA-relevant suppliers with the DORA project team.

Your skills:

• 10+ years of experience in indirect procurement, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Expertise in leading international projects and programs in IT procurement.
• Good handling of MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Degree in business administration, finance engineering or a related field.
• Scrum Master certification or equivalent agile experience.
• Languages: German and English, fluent in word and writing.
• Excellent analytical skills and a solution-oriented working style.
• Convincing personality for winning internal stakeholders.
