Senior Cloud Platform Engineer

VF Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Platform Engineer to join our team in Stabio, CH. As a key member of our Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) team, you will play a crucial role in driving and guiding cloud adoption across our organization.

• Participate in the development and delivery of our Continuous Infrastructure Automation platform, leveraging multiple cloud platforms.
• Provide consultative services to Digital Technology teams, helping them take advantage of self-service infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and governance across multi-cloud platforms.
• Act as a consultative resource, providing technical guidance, standards, knowledge, and understanding of processes and tools to deliver products and services in multi-cloud environments.
• Build CIA process automation and tooling to implement guardrails, empowering application teams to help themselves with infrastructure provisioning and configuration needs.
• Develop tools, scripts, and frameworks of moderate complexity to drive efficiency in automation, monitoring, and management of large-scale environments.

• Proven experience in cloud platform engineering, with extensive knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and platform services, including AWS and Azure.
• Experience with public cloud offerings, such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to act as a champion for a DevOps culture and experience in CI/CD automation.
• Experience building infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform, Packer, Ansible, etc.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, SDLC, DevOps, and agile processes and practices.
• Ability to work in an agile environment, multi-task, and be a strong team player.
