Global Value Access Lead for Solid Tumors Portfolio

The Global Value, Access & Pricing Lead Solid Tumors role requires senior leadership to define and execute access, value, and pricing strategies for both in-market and pipeline Solid Tumors products.

This position will develop comprehensive value toolkits to support global affiliates in demonstrating clinical and economic value to payers, healthcare providers, and patients. The role oversees the global value, access, and pricing strategies for all products within BeiGene's Solid Tumors portfolio, across all regions where the company operates.

The Global Value, Access & Pricing Lead Solid Tumors collaborates closely with Regional market access leads, Commercial leadership, GPT Leader, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and strategic planning teams globally, regionally, and locally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global access and value strategies for BeiGene's Solid Tumors assets, ensuring alignment with commercial and corporate goals.
  • Collaborate closely with GPTs, Clinical, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to define product value propositions based on clinical data, economic models, and patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain robust value toolkits, including health economic models, value dossiers, and clinical data summaries, to support global and regional teams in local access and pricing discussions.
  • Define pricing strategies and governance processes for both in-market and pipeline Solid Tumors products, adapting to evolving market access requirements.
  • Analyze market trends, payer requirements, and competitive dynamics to optimize pricing and reimbursement approaches across key global markets.
  • Partner with regional and affiliate pricing teams to support effective implementation of global pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with local market access and regulatory requirements.

The Global Value, Access & Pricing Lead Solid Tumors oversees market access planning and value demonstration for BeiGene's Solid Tumors pipeline products, ensuring readiness for new product launches. This role also develops pre-launch value strategies and supports local launch teams with comprehensive value toolkits and market-specific materials for payer and provider engagement.

Supervisory responsibilities include leading a team of individual contributors, with high-level cross-functional and pan-regional collaborations with internal stakeholders. A Master's degree is required, preferably in science or Health Economics, with a PhD preferred.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
