We are a global service network that specializes in the installation, overhaul, repair, upgrade, and rerating of critical rotating equipment from any manufacturer.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team on a remote working basis in Italy. As a key member of our global team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our clients' machinery.

**Responsibilities:**

* Perform overhauls and installations of turbo machinery, adhering to Elliott's standards for safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.* Adapt to unique industrial environments and follow Elliott's defined procedures and requirements for all tasks.* Ensure all work aligns with Elliott's best practices, accurately documenting activities and communicating any deviations, issues, or delays to supervision.* Uphold a strong safety culture, with the authority to stop work if unsafe conditions or practices are observed, complying with Elliott and customer-specific safety requirements.* Conduct Job Hazard Analysis and risk assessments for assigned tasks.* Perform and report safety observations, and manage risk by prudently utilizing time and materials.* Maintain professional behavior, reflecting Elliott's standards at all times.* Complete technical documentation on the correct forms provided, and submit accurate time and expense reports.* Manage local purchases and tooling, ensuring Elliott records are updated with work performed.* Contribute to the continuous improvement process of Field Service Operations.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of rotating equipment maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with safety procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
