Als Experte für Lohn- und Sozialversicherungsrecht werden Sie bei uns Teil des Teams sein, das sich um die Abwicklung von Krankheits- und Unfallmeldungen kümmert.

Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die Bearbeitung von Taggeldern und Leistungen
  • Überwachung der Sozial- und Personenversicherungen
  • Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen
  • Weiterentwicklung der Abläufe im Absenzenmanagement
Voraussetzungen

Bildung: Hochschulabschluss in BWL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalverwaltung

Kenntnisse: Kenntnisse in der MS-Office Palette und im Einsatz von Softwarelösungen

Ziele: Tragen Sie zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens bei
