We are seeking an experienced Trust & Corporate Administrator to join our team at Kaleso SA, a multi-family office company focused on the LATAM market. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and skilled professional to assist in managing the day-to-day trust and estate planning needs of our clients.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Relationship Manager, Compliance, and various intermediaries to ensure the smooth administration of structures, including trusts, foundations, and underlying companies across various jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Trust Administrator, ideally in a family office or international fiduciary company. They will have basic accounting skills and knowledge, fluency in English (written and spoken), and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software programs.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. If you are a detail-oriented, organized, and highly motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
