As a Visiting Analyst, you will be part of our dynamic Investment team, consisting of approximately 10 professionals who work closely together. Your Role as a Visiting Analyst

As a Visiting Analyst at Verve Ventures, you will:

  • Source and screen outstanding startup companies with exceptional potential
  • Collaborate with the investment team to conduct thorough due diligence and evaluate investment opportunities alongside industry experts
  • Support the investment team in structuring financing rounds to ensure successful outcomes
  • Facilitate communication between startups and investors throughout the financing round process

Requirements

To excel in this position, we believe you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master's degree from a reputable institution
    • We particularly value your scientific knowledge in natural sciences or engineering disciplines
  • A strong interest in new technologies and venture capital, although prior VC experience is not necessary
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A willingness to work independently and autonomously, taking initiative when needed
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong team player attitude
  • Fluency in English, with French or German proficiency being a significant advantage
  • Availability for the entire 6-month period
