Sales Strategist

This position reports to the Sales Manager and is responsible for defining and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the High-Power Rectifier Business Unit in the assigned geographic region and customers with a focus on the Aluminum Industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and lead sales strategies for specific customer accounts by providing current business and long-term plans.
- Define and propose sales targets for main customers and ensure their achievement through a structured follow-up process.
- Research and analyze sales potential relating to OEMs, metal, mining, graphite, and Hydrogen/Chemical customers with a special focus on the Aluminum segment.
- Monitor industry trends, market activities, and competitive environment to identify potential improvements and opportunities for new products and solutions.
Qualifications for the role include a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, 5-10 years of experience in large-project sales, preferably with a focus on Power-Electronics based solutions, and strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to various cultures across the continents.
