Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain APM/Observability solutions for our clients using industry-leading tools and technologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and meet client expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in APM/Observability and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
- Analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions to drive business outcomes.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in APM/Observability, preferably in a consulting or IT services environment.
- Strong knowledge of APM tools (e.g. Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc) and/or tools in related areas such as Splunk, Elastic, etc.
- Experience with cloud platforms and/or cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, hybrid cloud, Kubernetes, microservices architectures).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
- Fluent written and spoken English is required. German or French are also an advantage.
