Project Management Lead for Small Molecules

We are seeking an ambitious Project Lead to be responsible for one or multiple specific Small Molecules (SM) medium/small investment projects in Switzerland.

• Create and implement project plans to achieve objectives across Engineering, Design, Construction, and Commissioning phases as CAPEX Project Lead.
• Ensure the project stays within budget by leading changes and managing financial resources effectively.
• Guarantee that the project meets all required safety and quality standards according to internal procedures and health authority requirements.
• Coordinate, assign tasks, and manage project teams to ensure everyone works efficiently and flawlessly.
• Regularly monitor project progress to ensure they're on track, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to manage them effectively.
• Communicate project progress, status, and any issues to senior management to maintain transparency and alignment.
• Lead all aspects of coordinating project resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel for efficient utilization.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality work and timely project delivery.

This position requires proven experience in project engineering and project management within process, power, infrastructure industries, preferably within small molecules. A strong track record in cost control and scheduling related to investment projects is also essential.

Apart from proficiency in English and German, knowledge of modern commissioning approaches to minimize construction completion to routine production while maintaining compliance is highly valued.

Estimated Salary: CHF 120,000 - 150,000 per annum based on industry standards and market conditions in Switzerland.
