About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to lead our payroll team in Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have experience managing payroll and personnel administration for a large workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the payroll team of 4 members, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payrolls for approximately 900 employees across three locations.
  • Manage payroll and personnel administration, including social security, withholding taxes, pension funds, time tracking, and related queries.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on payroll-related matters, providing expert advice and support.
  • Oversight of payroll-related and insurance tasks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records, manage employee changes, and perform year-end procedures with full responsibility for time management.
  • Contribute to projects optimizing payroll processes and systems, analyzing HR metrics, and preparing statistics and reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Payroll, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international setting.
  • Strong Excel skills and technical expertise in SAP HCM applications.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with very good German skills; knowledge of French is an asset.
  • A service-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach, known for being proactive and precise in work style.
What We Offer
  • Estimated salary: CHF 80,000 - CHF 100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
