We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientific Expert Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Vifor (International) AG. As a key member of our Quality Control department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality control strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct thorough assessments of product specifications, change requests, and quality control projects to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate quality control activities and projects.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues on quality control-related matters.
- Establish and maintain relationships with global partners and stakeholders.
- Participate in local and global working groups, projects, and initiatives to drive quality improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a natural science, pharmacy, chemical engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industry with significant exposure to GMP or closely related environments.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
