Salary Package
The salary package offered by dormakaba Schweiz AG includes an attractive annual salary of approximately CHF 120,000 - CHF 150,000.
This compensation package is designed to recognize and reward exceptional talent and dedication.
Job Description
As our Lead Commercial Reporting professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial performance reporting solutions that align with globally set targets.
These solutions will enable day-to-day decision-making and steering within the CCO organization.
You will work closely with key stakeholders, including Commercial Leadership, Finance Leadership, Strategy, Global Functions, and Group IT, to ensure high-quality deliverables and on-time implementation.
Additionally, you will lead the development, testing, training, and rollout of global commercial solutions, driving the adoption of group-wide reporting standards and processes to achieve Commercial Excellence objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: University degree with a strong Commercial, Business, or Finance background, preferably with affinity to Business Intelligence solutions.
Experience: Work experience in a senior position in a multinational company with exposure to commercial reporting & planning, performance management, and/or business intelligence.
Skills: Profound understanding of commercial solutions, business intelligence, and analytics topics, controlling concepts, and tools. Refined Project Management skills and ability to coordinate in a multi-cultural environment.
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory.
