Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, acting as an ambassador for the Maison, offering a high level of service, developing the team, and running efficient in-store operations.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the team and setting individual objectives and priorities
- Introducing the Maison universe, its history, creations, and sources of inspirations
- Driving customer service activities and ensuring an outstanding in-store experience
- Building a complementary team, coaching team members, and following up on improvement

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive results and client satisfaction.
