**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented **Economist/Procurement Specialist** to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of hotel procedures, supervising and controlling delivery reports and supplier accounts, and identifying and resolving errors or issues that may arise during the day.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Receive and inspect goods and materials

• Verify and apply procedures for receiving goods and materials

• Conduct daily checks with operational departments

• Manage inventory levels and perform stock checks

• Process supplier invoices and payments

• Respond to requests and needs from departments (Purchasing/Finance)

• Prepare end-of-month documents

• Be able to respond correctly to any emergency or security situation at the hotel

• Be able to perform any other task or project assigned by Management

• Apply and master accounting and quality standards related to your function

**Requirements**

• Swiss Nationality, Swiss residency authorization, or EU citizenship will be considered only

• Excellent reading, writing, and oral skills in French and English

• Strong knowledge of computer software and systems
