This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in association environments, managing membership programs, and providing top-notch customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage membership data, education products, and donor information with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary contact for members and stakeholders, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and online ticket systems.
  • Contribute to database accuracy and provide technical support to users.
  • Support board operations, including meeting preparations, document management, and report creation.
  • Develop presentations, forms, surveys, and other materials to enhance stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position or proven track record in customer service and program management in an association environment.
  • Strong understanding of association membership processes and affiliate relationships.
  • Familiarity with medical associations is a plus.
