Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Life Science Consultant, Organizational Change Management Lead to guide and manage the Supplier 360 Project's phased rollout. The successful candidate will coordinate stakeholders, ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes across multiple regions, and foster collaboration while minimizing resistance to change.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to support the Supplier 360 Project's phased rollout.
- Ensure successful delivery of OCM deliverables, including communication plans, training materials, stakeholder engagement strategies, change impact analyses, and readiness assessments.
- Provide strategic guidance to project teams, aligning OCM activities with project milestones and business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications: A bachelor's or master's degree in organizational development, business administration, change management, or a related field. 8-12 years of experience in change management, with 3-5 years in global or phased rollout projects. Certifications in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) preferred.
