About the Role:

  • Conduct thorough analyses to identify root causes of equipment downtime and develop effective solutions.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on complex systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate electrical circuit diagrams to support maintenance and repair efforts.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to the development of a 3-shift model to ensure 24/7 support.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a training program in electronics technology, specializing in plant/operating/automation technology, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of machine safety, electrical safety, and systematic problem-solving techniques.
  • Proficiency in English language and Microsoft Office, SAP, and CAD software (e-Plan, WSCAD).
