Job Description:
">We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Team Lead to join our team at the Global Health Security Fund. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior leaders, managing office operations, and coordinating internal and external resources.

- Manage calendars for the management team and coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and event venues.">
- Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings in the office, off-site, and via videoconference.">
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including email correspondence and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes.">
- Oversee the upkeep and organization of kitchen and shared spaces, ensuring hygiene standards are met.">

- Ensure each event runs smoothly from start to finish.">
Requirements:

- Professional Diploma or equivalent.">
- Driver's License.">
- 3 years administrative experience.">
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.">
- Excellent time-management skills and multitasking ability.">
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspaces.">
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems.">
- Professional fluency in English and French.">
Preferred Qualifications:

- College degree or equivalent.">
- Previous success in office management for an early-stage business or organization.">
- Experience managing budgets and expenses.">
- Experience developing internal processes and filing systems.">
- Experience with Hubspot, Trello, and Slack.">
