About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Automation Specialist to join our team at Bank J. Safra Sarasin. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test cases to ensure the quality of our core banking system and other in-house developed applications.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automated test scripts based on received specifications
  • Continuously increase the automation coverage to ensure high-quality software delivery
  • Execute test cases and conduct detailed analysis and validation to identify and report defects
  • Enhance the automation framework to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of CI/CD pipelines

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in test automation. You should have a degree in IT or a related field and at least 5 years of practical experience in the field of test automation. You should also have a strong understanding of programming languages, advanced Excel proficiency, and SQL skills. Knowledge of system architectures, APIs, and Avaloq is an advantage. Additionally, experience in CI/CD pipelines, distributed systems, and microservice architectures will give you room to grow into new challenges over time. Fluency in English, Portuguese, and/or German is a plus.
