Cold Chain Logistics Specialist

Your responsibilities- Support the testing of operational process flows in the SAP EWM environment
- Opportunity to specialize as a key user in the mentioned focus areas (ongoing review of internal shipping processes, including correct implementation of internal and cross-functional optimization possibilities)
- Participation in the creation of URS/TS, SOPs (work instructions) from receipt to shipment, with focus areas: GDP Outbound Logistics and Ultra-Deep-Freeze & Coldchain Logistics
- Receipt of internal and external products while maintaining and documenting the cold chain according to GMP
- Proper storage of goods
- Responsible for receiving and preparing shipping orders, as well as organizing the physical shipment (labeling/end packaging/documentation)
- Presentation of our standard procedures at kickoff meetings with our customers and PMs (logistics process representatives when creating shipping agreements)
- Participation in risk analyses (security RA & GMP RA)
- Proactive support in cross-functional logistics teams
- Successful participation in the mandatory CBTA courses
- You have a completed commercial, logistical (preferably logistics professional) or CPT vocational training with a federal certificate and ideally 2-3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company
- You have practical experience with SAP EWM / WM / MM
- You are flexible, communicative, resilient, and reliable
- English language skills complete your profile
