Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Auditor to join our team in the Switzerland area, located in the greater Zurich area or eastern part of Switzerland.
As a seasoned auditor with demonstrated experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001 schemes, you will be responsible for coordinating and conducting third-party audits (certification audits) and ensuring compliance with various regulatory schemes or standards within the organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage client relationships and maintain a total customer focus approach.
- Conduct work efficiently and competently, adhering to instructions, our Quality System, and formal agreements between clients and Bureau Veritas.
- Plan, execute audits, report findings, and follow-up as necessary, within agreed time scales and economic frameworks.
- Ensure the correct use of production tools dedicated to auditing activities and communicate updated data to enable proper issue and management of certificates.
- Perform typical back-office tasks, including contacting customers to confirm planned activities.
- Act as a team player, working collaboratively with others and guiding through professional development processes, including timely completion of reviews and goal setting.
- Assess the effectiveness of organizational policies, procedures, and controls in meeting scheme requirements.
- Identify gaps or non-conformities and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
- Experience as Lead Auditor in mentioned schemes.
- Familiarity with various industry standards and certifications, such as CISA, CISSP, or ISO, would be highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential to navigate the complexities of multi-scheme auditing.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
- Ability to handle basic software programs and IT tools.
- You must communicate confidently in German and English (French is a plus).
