We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Specialist to join our team at Kita Sputnik Stadelhofen. As a Childcare Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged five months to kindergarten age.

Our Kita is a small, family-oriented institution that prioritizes the individual needs of each child. We offer a unique opportunity for our staff to grow and develop their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, promoting a sense of belonging and security
  • Support children's learning and development through play-based activities and educational programs
  • Model positive behavior and values, promoting a culture of respect and empathy
  • Contribute to the creation of a nurturing and inclusive group environment
  • Take initiative in planning and implementing daily activities, ensuring a engaging and stimulating experience for children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education

Requirements:

  • Completed education in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Experience working with children aged five months to kindergarten age
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in German (C1 level or higher)
