Betriebsrisikomanager | Sustainability-/ESG-Compliance

Ziele
  • Sicherstellen, dass die systemische Überwachung der Anlageprodukte sowie der Transaktionsprozesse und deren Systeme zur Risiko-Mitigation ordnungsgemäß erfolgt.
  • Entwickeln von Richtlinien und Standards für den Bereich Sustainability/ESG mit den zugehörigen Kontrollen.
  • Sicherstellen, dass die geltenden Weisungen mit Bezug zur Risikoprävention eingehalten werden.
  • Sicherstellen, dass die Disclosure Requirements für Investment-Produkte eingehalten werden und die Suitability bezüglich ESG gewährleistet wird.
  • Dokumentieren von Incidents.
  • Audit-Checks durchführen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Sustainability-Compliance einwandfrei ist.
  • Überwachen der Entwicklungen auf dem Markt.
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer konzernweit eingesetzten Überwachungssysteme in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen sowie mit IT und IT-Security.
  • Unterstützung der Compliance-Abteilungen.
Anforderungen
  • Fachliche Erfahrung in Banking & Finance, Wirtschaftsrecht oder MLaw.
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Sustainability, ESG oder Compliance.
  • Berufserfahrung mit Sustainability-Themen auf einer Bank oder in einer 'BigFour' Company in der Beratung oder Wirtschaftsprüfung.
  • Erfahrung mit Regulierungen im Bereich Sustainability/ESG.
  • Kenntnisse von Anlageprodukten und -dienstleistungen.
  • Erfahrung mit Compliance-Systemen.
  • Konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten.
  • Interesse am Projektmanagement.
  • Exakte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und Dinge einzuschätzen.
  • Sicheres Urteilsvermögen.
  • Interesse an der Daten-Analyse und IT-Affinität.
  • Flexible, zuverlässige und kommunikationsfreudige Persönlichkeit.
  • Teamplayer.
  • Gewandt in der Kommunikation und in der Kundenbetreuung.
