About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Governance and Transformation to lead the YGL Foundation's operations and drive its continued success. This critical position will report directly to the Head of the Forum of Young Global Leaders and be responsible for overseeing the Foundation's daily activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the Foundation meets its objectives through efficient administrative processes, data-driven approaches, and diligent tracking of KPIs and OKRs.
  • Coordinate and keep track of the Foundation's budget, leading budget cycles and delivering financial matters that enable effective management and reporting.
  • Serve as the administrative focal point for the YGL Foundation Board and Advisory Group, guiding the Foundation's operations, finance, compliance, and legal matters.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of professional experience in private-sector backgrounds, preferably with experience in Professional Services and consulting firms.
  • Proven expertise in data-analytics, with strong qualitative and quantitative skills.
  • A relevant degree, such as business administration or finance.
  • Several years of experience with project management, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
