SIX is looking for a Head Regulatory to join our team. As the Head Regulatory, you will be responsible for tracking new regulations, coordinating their implementation, and managing interactions with regulators.
Responsibilities- Establish efficient standards and processes to track and assess new regulations relevant to SIX Group legal entities.
- Provide non-Business Unit specific regulatory advice to the management.
- Maintain an overview of key communications with regulators and national banks; prepare and follow up on regulatory meetings to ensure consistent communication.
- Participate in the review process of consultations led by the Public Affairs team.
SIX Group accounts for 112 legal entities, of which 21 are regulated by financial regulators and/or national banks, including FINMA, SNB, CNMV, and ESMA. In this role, you report to the General Counsel and are a member of the Legal & Regulatory Leadership Team (LLT).
Qualifications- Qualified lawyer with extensive experience in financial services regulations.
- Experience managing international teams responsible for regulatory matters.
- Fluency in English and German; Spanish is a plus.
