Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and skilled Kitchen Trainee to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for supporting our chefs in all daily kitchen tasks for all F&B outlets. This will include assisting in the production of mise en place in various positions, such as saucier, entremetier, and gardemanger.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that all foodstuffs are stored properly, complying with all guidelines and regulations, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
