About the Role
This is a key position within our organisation, reporting directly to the Director of Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Developing and managing educational content, including programme designs and curriculum documents;
* Ensuring that all educational materials meet the highest standards of quality and relevance;
* Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop and implement high-quality educational content;
* Providing technical support and guidance to educators and staff on curriculum design and implementation;
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
* A Master's degree in Business Administration, Education or a related field;
* Proven experience in higher education or learning & development positions, ideally with experience in research and instructional design;
* High affinity for new technologies and online learning;
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences effectively;
* Excellent organisational and project management abilities, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to get things done and a hands-on attitude;
* Fluency in English, both written and verbal; German would be an asset.
