Experienced Wok Cook Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and skilled wok cook to join our team at Familie Wiesner Gastronomie AG.

This is a full-time position, with a minimum of 6th December or by arrangement. As a Wok Chef (a) 100%, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality wok dishes for our guests.

• Mise en Place: You will ensure that everything runs smoothly during lunch and dinner service, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Cooking Wok Dishes: You will independently prepare our menu offerings using your expertise and skill in wok cooking.
• Quality Control: As a quality expert, you will maintain the freshness standards of our food offerings, ensuring that every dish meets our high expectations.
• General Cleaning Tasks: You will keep the kitchen clean and tidy, adhering to our HACCP hygiene concept.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with a gas wok, demonstrating mastery of wok cooking techniques.
• Good communication skills in German or English, enabling effective interaction with our team and guests.
• The ability to work efficiently, paying close attention to detail and maintaining a clean and precise work environment.
• A keen sense of ingredient quality, ensuring that all dishes remain fresh and delicious.

We offer a competitive salary range of CHF 60,000 - 80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as:
