Your Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe, timely, and compliant batch execution, following batch instructions and quality requirements.
- Evaluate test results, resolve issues, troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Provide front-line technical support to ensure strict adherence to quality and compliance standards.
- Establish high-quality production documentation, including batch records and GMP documents.
- Support process-related investigations and contribute to decision-making on production issues.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to successfully implement process changes and CAPAs.
- Perform training activities as an operator and support new joiners for seamless integration.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-4 years of experience in a GMP environment, preferably in sterile manufacturing of Drug Product.
- Proficient in either English or German, preferably both.
- Familiarity with GMP requirements, quality procedures, and SOP execution.
- Strong team orientation, outstanding communication skills, and a structured working attitude.
- High motivation, dynamic drive, and IT knowledge, including familiarity with SAP and MES.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
