Job Title: Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team at Enova Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The Technical Lead will work closely with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks, develop and implement solutions to technical challenges, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to the project team, as well as coordinating with external stakeholders such as contractors and suppliers.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in construction management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical aspects of construction projects
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Develop and implement solutions to technical challenges
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
