Job Description

The Strategic Business Growth Manager will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to the development of the sales strategy and ensuring its implementation in the field.
  • Identifying and creating new business opportunities by building trusted relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Establishing long-term partnerships with existing clients and growing their business units.
  • Providing innovative solutions, responding to tenders, negotiating, and closing contracts.
Requirements

To succeed as a Strategic Business Growth Manager, you should have:

  • A proven track record of between 3 and 8 years in business development, ideally in the IT sector or a consulting firm.
  • A strong knowledge of the Swiss market and excellent commercial acumen in both French and English.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Natural leadership and a true team spirit to drive projects and talent growth.
