We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Transformation Specialist to join our team at Richemont International SA (RISA) Finance in Fribourg. As a key member of our Digital Transformation team, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and automation initiatives across various teams within RISA Finance.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and Document Business Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for process improvements and automation.
- Identify Opportunities for Process Improvements and Automation: Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation using low-code tools such as Power Apps, UiPath, and Celonis.
- Support Business Transition and Drive Change Management: Collaborate with end-users to drive change management and ensure a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
- Manage Projects: Manage projects according to set requirements, milestones, and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Engage with key stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams, at every stage of an initiative to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Deliver Presentations and Project Walkthroughs: Deliver presentations and project walkthroughs to a wide-ranging audience, including various levels of seniority within the organization.
- University Degree: Hold a university degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field.
- Relevant Experience: Bring a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in an international environment.
- Agile Project Management: Have experience with agile project management methodologies.
- Low-Code Automation Tools: Be hands-on with low-code automation tools, including Power Apps, UiPath, Celonis, or similar.
- Language Skills: Speak English and French fluently.
- Strategic Mindset: Possess a strategic mindset, capable of presenting findings and recommendations.
- Team Player: Be a good team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Curiosity and Innovation: Be curious, open-minded, and willing to independently search for innovative solutions.
- Database Management: Have experience in database management.
- Programming Languages: Have knowledge of SQL, Python, or any other programming language.
- Financial Concepts: Have a basic understanding of financial concepts, including Purchase to Pay.
- ERP Systems: Have experience in using SAP or any other ERP solution.
- BI Solutions: Have experience in developing BI solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
