We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team at Unit8 SA. As a key member of our HR function, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by:
- Serving as primary point of contact for line managers and employees in designated divisions, offering guidance and support on HR matters.
- Leading and executing talent acquisition activities to support recruitment plans for designated areas.
- Providing advice and assistance to line managers in addressing employee relations issues, such as complaints, personnel challenges, immigration matters, policy inquiries, and other HR topics.
- Contributing to the development, revision, and implementation of HR policies and guidelines in alignment with global HR standards and programs.
- Working closely with business partners to manage workforce planning initiatives.
- University degree or further education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Sound knowledge of local HR legislation, company policies, and processes, combined with some experience working with international teams/environments.
- Excellent language skills in both Swiss German and English.
- Familiarity with MS Office is essential, with knowledge of Success Factors being highly desirable.
- Proactive and results-driven individual with a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Able to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people and establish strong working relationships.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities.
