About SCHOTT Pharma

We are a leading manufacturer of pharmaceutical equipment, and we are looking for a skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, structuring, and maintaining technical documentation for our machinery. You will work closely with our R&D and Global Engineering teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets the highest standards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our machinery, including user manuals, instruction guides, and technical specifications.
  • Develop and implement a translation management system for technical documentation.
  • Establish a documentation incoming process to ensure that all documentation is properly reviewed and approved.
  • Manage technical documentation in R&D and Global Engineering, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets regulatory requirements.
  • Support projects, internal departments, and suppliers in activities related to technical documentation.

Your Profile

  • Technical education (Bachelor degree or similar).
  • Training or education in Technical Writing, Technical Documentation, or similar.
  • ≥ 3 years of specific experience in preparation of technical documentation/technical writing.
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable with interactions with a large internal and external network.
  • Knowledge of international laws and standards concerning machinery and technical documentation.
  • Advanced skills in tools like Adobe FrameMaker/Illustrator/Photoshop and MS Office.
  • Good command of German and English language (written and spoken).
