We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CEO/CTO to co-manage our company. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage CHoNova AG together with the founders. You should have relevant and proven experience in business administration and marketing or industrial production in the food industry.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in business administration or related fields and clear affinity for food production technologies.

You should also have hands-on experience in optimizing and rationalizing production processes, with a solid engineering background and detailed knowledge in measurement technologies and IT applications in production processes.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with various business functions such as marketing, PR, and finance
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to professionally interact with potential customers and possess marketing and sales skills
