Enterprise Solutions Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Coordinator to join our team in Switzerland. As a key member of our implementation services organization, you will play a crucial role in configuring Microsoft Business Central to meet the business requirements of our clients.
Responsibilities- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Configure Microsoft Business Central according to client specifications.
- Oversee data transfer processes to guarantee accuracy and security.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations based on industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues in a timely manner.
- A minimum of two successful implementations of Microsoft Business Central.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland.
