As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be part of our efforts to create cutting-edge infrastructure that powers transformative AI applications.
Your expertise will shape our infrastructure, enabling us to deliver on our mission to ensure AI does what we want it to do.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement infrastructure components in collaboration with the founding team
- Optimize and automate cloud environments and Kubernetes clusters for high availability and scalability
- Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines for improved deployment speed and reliability
- Collaborate with ML teams to build and maintain MLOps pipelines for model deployment and performance monitoring
- Ensure the security and compliance of our infrastructure through best practices
- Mentor other engineers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
About you:
- 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or related roles with a significant impact on organizational infrastructure.
- Advanced knowledge of AWS services and Kubernetes in production environments.
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code and strong scripting skills.
- Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitLab or similar tools.
- Familiarity with MLOps pipelines and infrastructure for large language models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a practical approach to infrastructure challenges.
- Proven leadership skills in guiding and mentoring engineers.
- Enthusiasm for being part of a pioneering effort in AI safety and working in a dynamic environment.
