We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Specialist to join our team at SR Technics Group.

This role requires a strong technical background in chemistry and physics, with practical experience in laboratory settings.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing chemical and physical samples using various techniques
  • Investigating failures and anomalies using chemical and physical methods
  • Developing and implementing new methods for analysis and investigation
  • Providing detailed reports to stakeholders
  • Monitoring laboratory consumables and equipment
  • Notifying laboratory manager of any discrepancies
  • Recording all laboratory activity
Requirements
  • Hands on experience in physical and/or chemical laboratory environments
  • Sound technical understanding of the materials and processes involved therein
  • Experience in Aviation, Aerospace business and legislation is a plus
  • Proactive, positive and flexible character with a strong execution mentality and the ability to work autonomously and within teams on complex tasks
  • Will to support and coach colleagues from operations in technical aspects of the preparation and analysis
  • Scientific/Technical degree MSc or BSc in a relevant field (chemistry, material science, engineering) or equivalent experience in similar industries
  • Fluent in English (Level C1), German (Level B1) is an advantage
