Test Automation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our agile team at Schweizerische Mobiliar Versicherungsgesellschaft AG. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software releases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts using tools like Tosca, Cypress, and Selenium
• Conduct risk-based testing to ensure comprehensive coverage of software features
• Work closely with developers to ensure test-driven development and continuous integration
• Participate in agile ceremonies to ensure seamless testing and deployment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience in test automation and software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks and tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
