About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with 5-7 years of experience in the fintech sector. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that drive growth and profitability across various verticals of the crypto industry and fintech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational strategies that optimize efficiency, productivity, and quality across our organization;
- Strategic Partnership Management: Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive strategic initiatives and growth;
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with our operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Process Improvement: Analyze and improve existing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction;
- Leadership Development: Mentor and manage junior team members, promoting a culture of ownership and collaboration;
- Industry Knowledge: Stay current with market developments and advancements in the crypto and fintech sectors.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field;
- Location: Based in Hong Kong or able to accommodate working hours (GMT+8);
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in operations management, with experience in the fintech sector preferred;
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with familiarity in Tableau, SQL, and/or Python for data analysis a plus;
- Passion for Crypto: A genuine interest in the blockchain and crypto industry, with knowledge of DeFi a strong advantage.
